Philip Guckian

Philip who hails from County Meath began his property career in 2004 with Sherry FitzGerald in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, where he gained a strong grounding across residential sales, commercial property, lettings, and new homes. After moving to Dublin, he spent several years in property management, further broadening his experience on the operational side of the industry.

In 2013, Philip joined the Sherry FitzGerald Country Homes, Farms & Estates team, based in our Head Office in Ballsbridge. For more than 12 years, he has specialised in the marketing and sale of Ireland’s finest country homes, farm holdings, and estate properties. Our division is proud to serve as the exclusive Irish affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, positioning us at the forefront of the premium and international market.

In 2025, he was promoted to Sales Director - a career milestone that he was immensely proud of. His focus continues to be on delivering an exceptional, confidential, and highly tailored service to clients in this unique sector of the market.

He holds a BSc in Property Studies (DIT Bolton Street), a BBs in Marketing (TU Dublin–Tallaght), and is an Associate Member of the SCSI.
