Your entrance at Rathmore is immediately welcoming as the house opens up to a wonderful reception room where cosy sofas are drawn close to a fire with a feature marble surround. Dual aspect, this space is light-filled all day long. A great entertaining room, it is also big enough to easily house a grand piano. Beyond this, a wide arch lead to the stairs, but immediately to your left and right are two more gorgeous reception rooms, and a charming study.
The drawing room and dining room mirror one another, and both are dual aspect with bay windows and expansive garden and countryside views. Solid wood floors add a sense of grace, while well-chosen wall coverings add to the timeless elegance.
The heart of Rathmore House is a showstopper of a kitchen / dining room. The house itself wraps around a beautiful sun trap sheltered terrace for al fresco dining and lazy evening drinks. There is also a courtyard, and ample parking to the rear. Alongside this is a four-bay garage, which can house the most precious car collection, or be converted for additional stabling, workshop or other purposes.

Naas is a major commuter suburb, with many people residing there and working in Dublin. The nearby N7 Naas Dual Carriageway connects Naas with Dublin and the M50 Motorway. The railway station at Sallins is now used by many residents of Naas and the surrounding area for the daily commute to Dublin, with frequent trains throughout the day and travel times less than 30 minutes to Dublin city centre. Naas has three secondary schools, a gaelscoil, and the Irish Vocational Education Association (IVEA) headquarters are also located in the Piper's Hill campus. It also has several primary schools. Naas has a large public library which is located in the canal harbour area.
