Description
The property is in excellent condition throughout having been upgraded and presented to the highest standards, creating a bright and warm home, with elegant, neutral interiors. On entering the hall door you are greeted by a bright and wide hallway which centers the home and divides the living and sleeping accommodation. There are further double doors to the kitchen which has ample space for cooking, sitting and entertaining and overlooks the rear garden with a door back to the entrance hall. A utility room and WC are just off the kitchen with a further reception room beyond, which functions as a family room and could become an occasional fifth bedroom, or au pair's room.
There is a large, octagonal living room accessed from the hallway and kitchen, which is the main reception for the home and has double doors to the garden and a feature fireplace with open fire. There are four double bedrooms, with the principal bedroom suite at the far end of the house. This is an exceptional room, offering a tranquil, yet spacious sleeping space, with a large, walk in wardrobe and dressing space with a further fitted wardrobe and access to the ensuite bathroom, which is a bright, contemporary bath and shower room. The main shower room is off the hallway.

About the Area
Ardnacrusha is a village in County Clare, located on the northern bank of the River Shannon. By road it is 6.6 kilometres (4.1 mi) north of Limerick. The name derives from the phrase Ard na Croise meaning "the height of the cross", due to a large cross marker placed there in 1111 to mark the boundary of the Diocese of Limerick.
Ardnacrusha is located near the site of the Ardnacrusha power plant, constructed in the 1920s, which by 1935, was producing 80 per cent of Ireland's electricity. Aside from this historic energy centre, attraction lies in the privacy and tranquillity of the verdant countryside, while residents are never far from modern day amenities and facilities.
