Hy-Brazil
Seapark
Lahinch
Co. Clare.
V95 K7W7
Description
Hy-Brazil is a rare coastal gem overlooking the Atlantic perched in a truly commanding position overlooking Lahinch Beach, Lahinch Golf Club, Liscannor Bay, and the vast Atlantic. Hy-Brazil offers a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most distinctive and sought after coastal residential locations on Ireland’s western seaboard.
Set on an elevated site at the heart of Lahinch, this four-bedroom detached property enjoys panoramic views of world-renowned surf breaks, the bustling promenade, the championship golf links, and the Clare hills beyond. On clear days, vistas extend across the bay toward Liscannor village and out over the horizon, offering a living canvas of sea, sky, and light.
Hy-Brazil is just minutes from the clubhouse of Lahinch Golf Club, one of Ireland’s most celebrated courses and host venue for the upcoming 2026 Walker Cup, which will bring international prestige to the town. Lahinch is just 60 minutes from Adare Manor, the site of the 2027 Ryder Cup, further reinforcing the region’s global golfing calibre.
Internally, the house is laid out across a split level, with bright open-plan living areas, generous bedrooms, and independent guest or family accommodation in the form of an adjoining self-contained unit with separate galley kitchen and patio entrance.
Full-height windows throughout the principal rooms frame the seascape perfectly, allowing natural light and Atlantic air to flood the interior. The mature garden completes the picture, ideal for family enjoyment or tranquil coastal living.
Lahinch itself is a thriving year-round destination with excellent local amenities, including restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, and easy access to the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, and the wider Wild Atlantic Way. Ennistymon, Spanish Point, Doolin, and Liscannor are all within a short drive. Shannon international airport is within 45 mins. The property is just a few minutes stroll down to the pubs and restaurants of the Lahinch main street and promenade, yet it retains its privacy when needed as a sanctuary.
