Valley Cottage
The Valley
Roscrea
Co Tipperary
E53 XV07
Description
Such a special property, the property was built originally in approx. 1880. This beautiful stone cottage has been well cared for over the years.
To enter the house you step down into the cobbled front garden with its west facing aspect. The entrance hall opens into the sitting room to your left or the kitchen/dining room with its walk in pantry to the right. There is a new downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms all facing towards the front of the house. On the ground floor a workshop beside the sitting room could easily be incorporated into the house, for an additional room, perhaps a home office.
To the back of the house there is an enclosed rear yard, very private and secure. It gives access to the garage hidden away to the rear and accessed from neighboring Carroll’s Row. It allows access for fuel deliveries and storage.
A location such as this is a rare find in Roscrea and well worth considering.
