Wicklow Town
County Wicklow

Description
While the property would benefit from modernisation, most importantly, there is an excellent template to work with. Extended from its original ‘L shape’ with most of the windows replaced with double glazed windows and in more recent years a modern kitchen added.
Briefly the accommodation comprises, entrance porch, hall, guest w.c., living room cum dining room, kitchen, four double bedrooms, shower room and covered lean to sunroom / store area off the kitchen to the rear. From here, a short flight of steps leads out to the garden via an enclosed storage area that also accesses very generous space underneath the main body of the house.
The house has superb potential, perhaps to create a two-storey home or incorporate all of the space that is in the existing footprint to make either a two storey or split-level home. This work will be well worthwhile to allow the new owner to enjoy a superb home with every possible amenity close by – the recreational amenities are well known with many mountain and coastal areas that are so accessible, while the N11 allows easy access to both north and southbound if required.
Well worth a look.
