Land At Ballydaw
Marshalstown
Enniscorthy
Co. Wexford
Description
Excellent 1.8 acre property is ideally situated in the heart of Marshalstown village, offering a rare opportunity to acquire a superb parcel of land with shed and the benefit of previously granted outline planning permission for the construction of a dwelling house with associated site works (Planning Ref: 20211938). Presented in excellent condition throughout, the lands are of top quality agricultural standard with extensive road frontage and excellent accessibility. The property enjoys a peaceful village setting while remaining conveniently located within easy reach of Enniscorthy, Bunclody and surrounding towns. A particular feature of the property is the useful old agricultural shed, which offers excellent storage potential or may suit a variety of ancillary uses subject to any necessary consents. The land itself is exceptionally well positioned, providing an outstanding setting on which to build a quality family home with ample space for gardens, outdoor living and hobby farming if desired. The elevated and mature surroundings create a wonderful sense of privacy and countryside charm. Given the size, location and frontage of the lands within the village boundary, the property may also hold further development potential, subject to the necessary planning permission being obtained.
