New chapter for property in Tipperary Town as Sherry FitzGerald Ryan Cooper opens

Sherry FitzGerald has announced the opening of a new franchise in Tipperary Town, further strengthening its presence across the county.
The business will trade as Sherry FitzGerald Ryan Cooper, led by local property professional Eamon Ryan, who brings extensive experience and a strong reputation within the Tipperary property market.
A native of Tipperary Town, Eamon lives locally with his wife Nicole and their two young sons. His family, known locally as the “Ryan Coopers,” are well established in the community, with his father, also Eamon, a respected local business owner and proprietor of The Porterhouse pub. The new office reflects both strong local roots and a commitment to delivering a modern, professional service to clients.
Eamon joins the Sherry FitzGerald franchise network after seven successful years as Senior Negotiator with Sherry FitzGerald Gleeson in Thurles. During that time, he earned multiple Customer Experience (CX) awards and carved out a strong reputation across the county as a trusted and highly competent agent. He holds a BSc in Property Valuation and is a Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (MIPAV), as well as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV), bringing strong technical expertise to his role.
Known for his clear, honest advice and in-depth understanding of the local market, Eamon works closely with clients at every stage of the buying, selling and letting process.
