Sherry FitzGerald has announced the opening of a new franchise in Bandon, Co. Cork, further strengthening its presence across the county and wider West Cork region. This latest addition brings the total number of Sherry FitzGerald offices in Cork, across both the city and county, to ten.
The business will trade as Sherry FitzGerald Mark Kelly, led by highly regarded local property professional Mark Kelly, who brings over 30 years of experience and a strong professional network across Cork and beyond, along with a market-leading reputation in the Bandon area.
Mark founded his business, Mark Kelly Property in 2009 following a successful career in Cork city with leading firms including Thomas J O’Driscoll, CBRE, Savills, and Lisney. Since then, he has built a standout agency in Bandon, consistently ranking as the number one agent in the local market, with a particularly strong track record in new homes.
A Bandon native, Mark Kelly lives locally and comes from a well-known family in the area. His deep local knowledge, combined with a commitment to delivering a professional, honest and client-focused service, has earned him an excellent reputation across West Cork.
A licensed property services provider through the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA), Mark is a Certified Valuer (MIPAV (CV)), a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and the European Confederation of Real Estate Agents (CEPI), and a TEGoVA Recognised European Valuer (TRV), bringing strong technical expertise to his role.
The office will continue to operate with Mark’s established team, including Lou Burke, Office Administrator and Property Management, and Nicole Walsh Farrell, Negotiator. Together, they bring a strong, service-driven approach and a deep understanding of the local property landscape.
