Description
Parkmore is conveniently situated just off the old N7 and ten minutes’ walk to the town centre, the Sacred Heart primary school, Colaiste Phobal, Circle K Filling Station and the M7 motorway. It is a good private residential area and houses are seldom offered for sale here.
This lovely bungalow is the most comfortable home, with neat and cosy rooms, oil fired central heating, Upvc windows and doors, and beautiful gardens front & back.
Accommodation comprises an entrance hallway, a large sitting room with open fireplace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. This is an ideal base for families and is easily managed, with a D BER rating for greater comfort, and which can be improved on. The back garden is west facing, a great spot for family and friends to gather and BBQ together. The tarmacadamed driveway has parking for two cars, and the private back garden has a useful garage, and garden shed.
If you are seeking a convenient home, in a great location with lovely established gardens, and little outlay required in this price range please call us to arrange a viewing. Julie Fogarty 0505 21192.
