Land and Buildings at Knockmacart
Moyhill
Maurice's Mills
Co. Clare.
Description
This is an excellent holding of approximately 32.75 hectares (81 acres) at Knockmacart, Moyhill Maurice's Mills which is an elevated townland between Corofin and Inagh on the R460 road. The holding is made up of the vast majority of Folio's CE4946F and CE20537 (it excludes the residence at Eircode V95 PA40).
The land consists of some excellent quality pasture land and some good to quality fields that have excellent potential.
The majority of the land runs from north to south from the R460 with good road frontage onto this road which may give potential for development subject to planning permission. There is an area of about 3.26 hectares (8.05 acres) at the southern end of the main holding. It consists of some good quality pasture lands separated into a number of the fields. This section is accessed across a 3m connecting track to the main holding. Further to the north near the residence there are some farm outbuildings, sheds and some older derelict residential buildings in a cluster adjacent to a farm yard. The farm yard is accessed from the R460 along an access road and past the residence Eircode V95 PA40.
In addition there are two fields separated from the main holding. To the north of the R460 there is an access track to a circa 4.16 hectare (10.25 acre) field which is situated behind two existing residences. This is noted as Plan 14B of Folio CE20537. The second portion of land is to the east of the main holding. It is largely overgrown and is on a steep gradient. It consists of 1.86 hectares (4.6 acres). It is made up of Plan 14 of Folio CE20537.
This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a large holding of land within close proximity of Corofin, Inagh and Ennistymon.
