Lot 3 - Is made up of two Plots of Land (total area c. 0.26 hectares (0.66 acres) made up of:
- Plot 1 - 0.19 ha (0.47 ac) on Folio CE14178; Plan No. 5, Property No. 21 &
- Plot 2 - 0.075 ha (0.19 ac) Folio CE14178; Plan No. 4, Property No. 17

Both plots of land have road frontage onto the N85 Inagh to Ennistymon Road.

Plot 1 is a rectangular area that has access directly across the road from the T junction of the N85 and the R460 Corofin Road. There is a gated access to the field. The area being sold makes up part of the field inside this gate.

Plot 2 is an overgrown square area with boulders lined across the front of the plot about 100m north of plot 1 before the hard bend to the left in the road when travelling from Inagh to Ennistymon
