With a pleasant red brick finish, the house is set over two levels and offers a good balance of living and bedroom accommodation. The ground floor comprises of an entrance hallway with staircase and understairs storage cupboard. To the right is a spacious, dual aspect living room with a feature fireplace and laminate timber flooring with a door to the rear garden and an additional set of doors leading through to the open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen / dining room also has timber laminate flooring and offers a good selection of wall and floor mounted kitchen units and appliances. Rising upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room, and each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.
Externally to the side and rear of the house, the large garden is sunny and is predominantly east facing. Although the house is already of a very adequate size, the garden provides obvious potential to further extend the property, subject to planning.

To the front, a pedestrian pathway leads from the communal area to the entrance door of the house. Within the development there are designated car spaces with each house enjoying one assigned space.
