Sherry FitzGerald strengthen position in Dublin 24 with the opening of their 99th branch in Tallaght.

Monday, 16th August 2021

Ireland’s largest estate agents Sherry FitzGerald announced today (Monday, 16th August) that they have opened their 99th branch in Tallaght. The prominent premises, Coric House, is located, in the centre of Tallaght village at the crossroads of Main Street and the Old Bawn Road.

The new branch will be managed by well-known estate agent, Ronan Healy who has been selling property in Tallaght and surrounding areas for over ten years.

Commenting on the opening, Ronan Healy said; “The opening of our new Tallaght office is an acknowledgement of our confidence both in the market and the location. I joined Sherry FitzGerald in 2019, because I liked the fact that it was a community-based business offering excellent customer service. From our base in Tallaght, we will look after an extensive geography stretching from Tallaght itself out to Blessington and over to Clondalkin, which incidentally is where I grew up.

This area has a combined population of over 100,00 people. Our location right in the heart of old Tallaght puts us at the centre of the community. Tallaght itself is the size of Galway City, and in my opinion is a very significant location, which contributes so much to the City of Dublin.”

Will Moore, Regional Director, Sherry FitzGerald said “The Covid crisis has impacted us all in so many ways, but as we gradually emerge, and our economy reopens, there is clear evidence that people are very focused on their living space with strong demand for all types of accommodation from apartments to houses alike. If we are to meet this demand, we do need to be more innovative in terms of the type of development we undertake. I believe it is possible to cleverly develop more mid-density housing that give people more space and gardens, while still using land effectively.”
