John FitzGerald

John FitzGerald has decades of experience and deep local knowledge of the Clonmel and South Tipperary property market. John began his career in the Sherry FitzGerald Merrion Row office in 1983. In 1987, he co-founded his own agency with Donagh Dougan in Clonmel, establishing Dougan FitzGerald - a successful venture that later amalgamated with Tom Pollard Properties in 2019.

Today, John continues to play a central role in the business as Managing Director. He is a member of IPAV and serves as a member of Tipperary County Council since 2020.

In 2025, John and his team joined the Sherry FitzGerald franchise member network, where the business continues to operate across all sectors of the property market, including residential sales, agricultural and commercial sales, lettings, and valuations.
